We do offer some front receiver fits for the AT4 trim package of the 2020 Chevy Silverado, unless it's a 1500 series that has the 2.7L turbo engine or the 3.0L Diesel engine, as the additional plumbing and intercooler won't allow a front hitch to fit.

It is the Draw-Tite Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - 2" # 65022 that like you mentioned comes out through the bumper instead of underneath it.
